Bird of Prey Shows

Get Nose-to-Beak with the Mountsberg Raptors!

Would you like the opportunity to learn more about our native birds of prey? Our live demonstrations give you the chance to ask questions, see the birds up close, and learn about their fascinating life histories and adaptations for survival. It's a great opportunity for photos, as well!

Year Round: Shows are held on weekends and holidays, at 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

While school is in session, weekday presentations are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, at 2:15pm.

Summer: Summer shows are held daily at 12:00pm and 2:00pm from Canada Day to Labour Day.

Location: Shows are held outside in the netted flyway behind the Raptor Centre, weather permitting. In case of rain or snow, shows are held inside the Raptor Centre.

Note: Pets are not permitted within the Raptor Centre, in the Flyway, or anywhere on the Wildlife Walkway. Service Animals may be restricted from Mountsberg programs that include live animals, such as the Bird of Prey show and the Bison Ride. Please contact staff in advance for details, by phone 905-854-2276 or e-mail Mountsberg.
